These are the terms and conditions for using Dryer Repair Fort Collins and booking a service call with us. By scheduling an appointment, whether by phone at (970) 312-8071 or through our website, you're agreeing to the terms below.
Service Agreement
When you book a service call with Dryer Repair Fort Collins, you're scheduling a visit from one of our certified, background-checked technicians to diagnose and, where possible, repair your dryer.
Every visit starts with a diagnosis. We'll tell you what's wrong and give you a real price before any repair work begins. You decide whether to move forward.
We stand behind our no-fix-no-fee guarantee. If we're not able to fix your dryer, you don't pay a diagnostic fee. This applies to standard residential service calls and is the same guarantee described on our homepage.
Booking an appointment means you're authorizing our technician to access and inspect your dryer at the service address you provide. If a technician finds a safety issue unrelated to the original complaint, such as a damaged vent or wiring hazard, we'll point it out before doing any additional work.
Pricing & Payment
We confirm pricing with you before any repair work starts. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges added after the fact.
Our diagnostic and service call fee, along with typical part and labor costs, falls within the standard ranges described on our pricing page. Gas dryer repairs generally run somewhat higher than electric due to the added safety steps involved.
We accept standard payment methods at the time of service for residential appointments. Payment is due when the work is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Commercial and property-manager accounts, including multifamily properties, may be set up for invoicing rather than payment at time of service. Terms for these accounts are established separately with our office and may include net payment terms for approved accounts.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We offer same-day and next-day appointments most days of the week, based on availability. When you book, we'll give you an appointment window rather than an exact time, since repair visits can run long or short depending on what a technician finds.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer that slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer priority scheduling on future requests.
We'll do our best to call or text ahead when a technician is on the way.
Warranty on Repairs
We stand behind the repair work we perform. Parts and labor on completed repairs are covered by a workmanship warranty. Your technician will confirm the exact term at the time of service, and it will also appear on your invoice.
The warranty covers the specific repair performed and the part installed. It does not cover unrelated failures, new issues that develop after the repair, or damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, or other conditions outside normal operation.
If a covered repair fails within the warranty period, contact us at (970) 312-8071 and we'll send a technician back out to make it right.
Limitation of Liability
Dryer Repair Fort Collins performs repair and diagnostic work with reasonable care and skill, using certified, background-checked technicians. Even so, appliance repair carries inherent risk, and we ask customers to understand the limits of what we can guarantee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service call. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, spoiled goods, or damage to property not directly caused by our technician's work.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home's electrical, gas, or venting systems that were not part of the original service request, though we will always flag safety concerns we notice.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability where doing so would not be permitted under Colorado law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in the appropriate courts serving Larimer County, Colorado.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
